Returns
Please note that the following terms apply to all returns:
- Our returns policy allows for exchanges, but not refunds.
- If you want to return a piece for exchange, you must do so within 30 days of purchase
- To be eligible for exchange, your item must be returned to Studio Societa unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging
- We also require a receipt as proof of purchase.
- To return your product, please email info@studiosocieta.com to notify Studio Societa and request address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and that these costs are non-refundable.
Replacements
Replacements are offered only if your purchased item is defective or damaged when it arrives. Should this happen, please return the item to us at the address above; please also send an email advising us of the problem.
The time it takes for an exchange or replacement item to reach you will depend on your location, but we will make every attempt to get it to you promptly.
If you are returning an item priced at more than $75, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase transit insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
